Notice of Infringement – Claim

To file a claim, you must provide the following to our designated DMCA Agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  2. Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Precise identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to allow us to locate the material.
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Claims should be sent via email for prompt attention. Note: Under 17 USC §512(f), there are civil damage penalties against anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents certain information in a notification of infringement.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If material has been removed due to a copyright claim, a counter notification can be submitted with the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the material removed and its original location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact information and a statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your area, and acceptance of service of process from the notifier.

Counter notifications should be submitted via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy takes copyright infringement seriously. In compliance with DMCA, we maintain a list of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated under our internal policy.
