Refund and Returns Policy
Return Period
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your package, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Requirements
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Have your order number ready for efficient communication with our team.
- Record a video or take pictures of the parcel upon receipt, showing:
- The package from all angles, confirming it’s unopened.
- The address slip to verify delivery to you.
- All products from top and bottom.
Return Criteria
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Return Process
- Take pictures or a video of the parcel and product at the opening stage.
- Send an email to Support@wnkrs.com with:
- The attached pictures/videos.
- Subject line: “RETURN REQUEST: ORDER NUMBER xx” (replace xx with your order number).
- Your reason for return.
- Confirmation that the product(s) are unused and in original condition.
- We will review your request and provide further instructions.
Non-returnable Items
- Underwear/swimsuits (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards.
- Health and personal care items.
Partial Refunds
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error may qualify for partial refunds.
Refunds
- After inspection, we'll confirm receipt and notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified period.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days.
- If you haven’t received it, check with your bank and credit card company, then contact us at Support@wnkrs.com.
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee applies to customer-ordered errors or customer-initiated returns.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping time for exchanged products may vary based on location.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
