Refunds & Returns Policy

At Wnkrs.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to offer you a simple, stress-free return experience. Kindly read through the following guidelines before initiating your return:

Timeframe for Returns:
  • We provide a 14-day return window from the date of your product’s delivery.
  • We cannot process returns or exchanges if more than 14 days have passed since delivery.
Criteria for Return Eligibility:
  • You should not use the item, and it should remain in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You should return all items in their original packaging.
Procedure for Returns:
  1. Documentation: Start by documenting the item and its condition with a video or photos before initiating a return.
  2. Email Communication: Next, send us an email at Support@wnkrs.com. Use the subject line “RETURN REQUEST: ORDER NUMBER xx” (replace xx with your specific order number).
  3. Attach Evidence: Include the video or photos of the item in your email.
  4. State Your Reason: Provide a brief explanation for the return.
  5. Confirm Condition: Lastly, confirm that the item remains unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  6. Our team will then review your request and provide you with further instructions.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
  • We cannot accept returns of gift cards.
  • We also do not accept returns of personal care and health items.
Partial Refunds:
  • If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error, it may only qualify for a partial refund.
Restocking Fee:
  • All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The restock fee is 20% of the original invoice value of the goods.
Process for Refunds:
  • We’ll send you an email notification after we receive and inspect your return.
  • If we approve your refund, we’ll process it, and a credit will automatically apply to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please recheck your bank account.
  • Please also contact your bank as there might be some processing time before your refund posts.
