Refunds & Returns Policy
At Wnkrs.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to offer you a simple, stress-free return experience. Kindly read through the following guidelines before initiating your return:
Timeframe for Returns:
- We provide a 14-day return window from the date of your product’s delivery.
- We cannot process returns or exchanges if more than 14 days have passed since delivery.
Criteria for Return Eligibility:
- You should not use the item, and it should remain in the same condition as when you received it.
- You should return all items in their original packaging.
Procedure for Returns:
- Documentation: Start by documenting the item and its condition with a video or photos before initiating a return.
- Email Communication: Next, send us an email at Support@wnkrs.com. Use the subject line “RETURN REQUEST: ORDER NUMBER xx” (replace xx with your specific order number).
- Attach Evidence: Include the video or photos of the item in your email.
- State Your Reason: Provide a brief explanation for the return.
- Confirm Condition: Lastly, confirm that the item remains unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Our team will then review your request and provide you with further instructions.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- We cannot accept returns of gift cards.
- We also do not accept returns of personal care and health items.
Partial Refunds:
- If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error, it may only qualify for a partial refund.
Restocking Fee:
- All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The restock fee is 20% of the original invoice value of the goods.
Process for Refunds:
- We’ll send you an email notification after we receive and inspect your return.
- If we approve your refund, we’ll process it, and a credit will automatically apply to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please recheck your bank account.
- Please also contact your bank as there might be some processing time before your refund posts.
