I use it more like a comfortable pillow than a neck rest. I twist and turn it to find the most comfortable position for my neck & head at the sleep time. Admittedly, I have been rough with it but it didn’t lose its shape or the cushioning power. I am very happy with the buy.

This memory foam is so good that it’s TOO good… the pressure of my head/neck simply isn’t strong enough to smush the foam down and form around my neck comfortably… it forces your neck/head to stay up straight which isn’t always what I’m looking for especially while flying.

Every year I visit my family and its a 30-hour journey with two 10-11 hr flights. This neck pillow is very comfortable and soft because of the memory foam. The little dip on both sides of the pillow prevents you from falling when you doze off. Best neck pillow I ever had.

I like the neck pillow but my neck is very short. Sometimes the front arms of the pillow will cover my ears and block sound. I cannot decide if this is a good or bad feature for me. Comes with an eye sleep mask. I do not use it. If I close my eyes I fall asleep quickly.

I love my neck pillow. It is very soft, supportive and comfortable. I woke up with a stiff neck and it would not go away so I decided to buy this neck pillow. O what a relief, all pain and discomfort is gone. Right now I am relaxing with my neck pillow watching TV. Highly recommend. It really surprised me. So my kid has been asking for a neck pillow for a while, and decided to finally get one for him. At night when he’s asleep, I’ll use it when I’m laying on the couch. Heck, sometimes when I’m just lounging around and not really doing anything, I’ll still wear it around. It’s comfortable, the amount of support it gives is very sturdy, feels nice and soft. I highly recommend this neck pillow.

This pillow is so comfortable that I’m tempted to use it even when I’m not traveling! I purchased it for myself for 10 hours of flying and once it arrived in the mail, my boyfriend immediately needed one, as well. He thought a travel pillow wouldn’t help with the long flight but as soon as he felt this one, he loved it. I was so comfortable the whole plane ride!

I was on a flight surrounded by screaming babies and kids, middle seat, no leg room, barely reclines – you guys know what I’m talking about. I put this pillow, eye mask and earplugs on and slept at least half of my 3 hour flight very comfortably and peacefully. Didn’t even notice the chaos around me. I only got to use this once and then left it on the plane :-(. So I’m back to buy another.

I do a lot of traveling in my car to get to campsites and hikes. Sometimes, I need to pull over in a rest area to get some rest, and this has been a miracle product. It allows me to sleep like in a bed without waking up to a stiff neck. I love this thing.

Got this product for my 90-year-old mom since therapy suggested I get her a neck pillow since she falls asleep in a chair. The product is soft and the only issue I have is the way the clips connect, it’s hard for her to disconnect at 90 years old.
